Corsair has long been known as a prime supplier of computer components
for enthusiasts. Starting with RAM, they have since branched into other
field, making excellent cooling products, SSDs, cases, PSUs, and more.
If you ask an enthusiast about their impressions about Corsair, it would
be rare to get any kind of negative description towards the company. In
the case area, Corsair's Obsidian 800D and 700D cases are extremely
popular cases, though they are no longer the newest and hottest cases
around. However, Corsair has just released a clever upgrade that will
allow the Obsidian series cases to look, and function a bit fresher than
before.

Corsair has released an I/O upgrade bracket for the Obsidian series that, when swapped with the stock I/O plate, provides USB 3.0 ports in addition to the USB 2.0, audio, and firewire ports. On the backside, the ports become two male USB 3.0 cables, but Corsair also provides an adapter so that it can be used with a motherboard header. Looks like a great addon to what is already a well-respected case series.
